What is the Mark Story Memorial SCHOLARSHIP for future CTE TEAchers in catawba county?

The Mark Story CTE Teacher Scholarship is focused on high school seniors who have a desire to teach in a Career Technical Education (CTE) subject area, ultimately in Catawba County Schools.

The applicant should have applied and been accepted in any North Carolina community
college, college, or university.

scholarship details


Who may apply?
Any high school student from a Catawba County Schools’ high school in his or her senior year may apply.

What is the scholarship amount?
The CCS Education Foundation will award two $2,500.00 scholarships for the 2021-22 school year.

When is the application due?
All components of the application must arrive in the Catawba County Schools Human Resources department by 5:00 PM on May 3, 2021, in order to be considered.
